Taiwanese food (Mainly Taipei)

Taiwan:

• Sausage
• Oysters: Tainan has the best. Rest is not bad.
• German Pork Knuckle
• Pancakes
• Fruit, especially the Korean Apple.
• Soup pronounced Gen.
• And Wa Gei.
• Not to mention, the Xiao Chi

Taipei:

Tacheng Jie/Street has a great store with a yummy Oyster Omelet as well as a huge Oyster soup.

There is a man selling an oyster egg tart.

Beijing Food

Good Eats:

• Starfish, sea urchin and other seafood. They smell like crazy but are oh so tasty.
• Pears. The juiciest in all of China and in China, they're really juicy.
• Insects: (for the brave, not me), especially since snake and insects are banned in Taiwan now.
