The Feng Shui of the platter is sort of messed up by the sauce on the bottom, first pick; right, second pic. Luckily the cucumber barriers keep the Feng Shui in.
There is a good variety of color in the platter making it seem very delicious. The vegetable make the food stay warm and not stick to the plate (even though it is already dry already.)
However, it is still a luxury item and highly recommended to eat, if you do not have a cholesterol issue. Good variety.
